I was recently contacted by Brooklyn Biltong to review their product for this site. I’ll be honest, I did not even know what Biltong was, I thoght it was just part of the name of the company. Biltong is the South African form of beef jerky, but instead of being dehydrated it is left to hang and air dry. It sounds like a much heathier version of beef jerky because it use no perservatives.
